How the grades work
Funding tells you someone believes. A contract tells you someone paid. Fielding tells you it works where it matters.
The evidence ladder

Rules
- Every award, grade and narrative links to a public source. No source, no entry. Anything not yet announced is marked TBA.
- Values and dates are copied as published. We don't estimate contract values.
- F4 needs an official statement of operational use. No OSINT-based grading, no live operations, no unit movements, no technical data beyond official releases.
- Israeli units are named only where the IDF or Israel MOD has named them.
- Sponsorship or listings will never change a grade.
- Al-Manar is excluded as a source.
- Market and industry context, not investment advice.
